Vincy Ip

Vincy Ip is a pianist born and raised in Hong Kong. She has discovered her talent in piano and has been awarded with gold medal certificates in various music festivals and competitions starting at a young age. Vincy moved to Vancouver in 2008 and continued completing RCM’s ARCT and BCCM’s Advanced Performer Certificate. With passion, she started teaching piano privately since 2015 and has been a church and school’s choir accompanist throughout the years. Vincy graduated from the University of Victoria School of Music under Professor Arthur Rowe.

As a pianist full of emotion, she has enjoyed performing as both a soloist and chamber musician, particularly Chopin’s and Rachmaninoff’s music. Vincy is planning to devote herself in the future as an accompanist and private piano teacher in Vancouver.
