By enrolling in any program at Music Star Learning Center (4789 Kingsway, Unit 200, Burnaby, BC), you agree to the following terms.
Enrolment is confirmed once your registration form and payment have been received. You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue enrolment at our discretion.
Fees are listed at musicschoolcanada.com/pricing and are due before lessons begin. Unpaid accounts may result in suspended lessons until the balance is cleared.
We expect all students to treat teachers, staff, and fellow students with respect. Bullying or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program.
Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or illnesses before your child attends. In a medical emergency, we will contact the parent or guardian on file and may seek emergency assistance if needed.
We occasionally photograph or film students during lessons and events for use on our website and social media. Please notify us in writing at registration if you do not consent to this.
Music Star Learning Center takes reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment, but is not liable for personal injury or loss of property on our premises, except where caused by our own negligence.
The laws of British Columbia, Canada, govern these Terms.
