Make-up lessons must be used within the same month and are subject to teacher availability.
If we cancel a lesson due to teacher illness or other circumstances, we will offer a make-up lesson or credit toward your next billing period.
Written notice must be given at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable once lessons have begun.

If we cancel a camp session, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.
